ICTEV 2005 Conference - Actively Interactive

The theme of this year's conference is Actively Interactive. Actively Interactive describes the range of approaches that engage learners in meaningful and purposeful ways. Learners need to see technologies as supportive of their knowledge needs; providing them with the means to be proactive and collaborative.

This year's conference provides school principals, ICT leaders, primary, secondary and tertiary educators, technicians and specialists with a range of sessions that will allow them to explore best practice examples, and see first hand what is topical and exciting in the areas of ICT in education and new approaches to technology in learning.

Included in the conference will be a comprenhensive trade display to enable participants responsible for the purchases of software and hardware to make informed decisions based on quality, suitability, backup service and price.

ICTEV would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of our conference sponsors. Without their valuable support this year's conference would not be able to provide the value that it does.

Register for the conference now and go in the draw to win a Playstation 2, digital camera and memory sticks along with other door prizes.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptop to each session to fully participate in this conference. Laptop must have: a CD Rom drive, Microsoft Office, and Windows XP or OSX.
