'Hassle free' websites for the Middle Years 5 -9: A template approach.

CANCELLED: THIS PD ACTIVITY WILL BE RE-SCHEDULED FOR 2010 An inservice for all teachers who wish to develop websites quickly for their students utilizing the many designs found with freely available templates. This inservice assumes no prior knowledge. We want to get a web site up and running, yet we are short of time. This is the situation faced by Emad Attie with his classes at St Monica's in Epping. In this very practically focused professional learning day, you will join Emad in the morning to construct the framework of your website, and in the afternoon complete the development of your site specific to the needs of your class or school. Other templates will also be explored which can form the foundations of a website using Photoshop, Flash or Frontpage.
Time: 9.30 - 3.30 Venue: Statewide Resources Centre, 150 Palmerston Street, Carlton

| Cancellations There is no refund if less than one week of notice is given prior the professional development. Cancellation prior to this will incur a $60 cancellation fee. |
