Eastern Region Visual Literacy Primary Study Tour: Ideas for Term Two and beyond. 29/5/2009 Program FULL** Preconference excursion: Following on from very successful days previously, we are pleased to be able to offer this opportunity which may well provide ideas in your planning for the remainder of the year. Join your fellow teachers on a bus tour of three primary schools in the eastern region. This is a day about sharing ideas and seeing what other schools do. As one teacher wrote about a previous tour, 'the thing that struck me the most was that there is no right way of integrating ICT into the curriculum, there are many right ways'. This is a day for observation of students in classrooms and discussion of the implementation of program and their budgetary implications. **Another tour is being arranged T4. 2009 State Conference: ICT for Tomorrow's Learning 30/5/2009 ICTEV proudly announces its 30th annual state conference, ICT for Tomorrow's Learning. This conference focuses on waeving ICT into every facet of education, connecting students and teachers in their learning through a broad range of resources and skills. ICTs assist us all in our daily lives and specifically in our teaching and learning more today than ever before but what will they do for us in the future? This conference is designed to focus on ICT for tomorrow's learning for all. The teacher who is just beginning to integrate ICT into their classroom through to the teacher who is looking for future implementations of ICT in their own learning and the learning of their students. We are constantly learning and no matter how much we learn there is still more. ICT for Tomorrow's Learning is focused on the learning of your students now and into the future. Cancellations
There is no refund if less than one week of notice is given prior the professional development. Cancellation prior to this will incur a $60 cancellation fee. |
Catering
All professional development courses are catered, if you have any special dietary requirements please indicate this on your registration form or contact the ICTEV office (03) 9349 3733 upon registering. |
