These video uploads are live and refreshed regularly during the day. Except in whiteout [blizzard] conditions or the occasional technical hitch, students are able to view live video footage from each of the bases at Davis, Casey, Macquarie Island and Mawson as well as weather updates, graphs and statistics. There are also 5 different VR Panoramas from Antarctica which need Apple Quicktime installed to run.As well as the video images, this website is a vast resource of information with everything you every wanted to know about Antarctica and our bases - the scientists, animals, weather, geography and territories.
